Making education widely available for more students is a chief strategy for breaking the cycle of poverty. Rising Star Ministries makes education resources and tutoring available to students in Uganda to help them navigate the challenges of school and learning.

Students are also given mentorship training to help them learn to invest in one another and build partnerships to make learning outcomes a reality. Students encourage and pray for one another and share their unique talents and knowledge to help their friends succeed.

Computer skills which are not taught in schools because of a lack of resources are taught at the Rising Star education center. This gives students an upper-hand on the growing need for computer literate individuals in the workplace in Uganda.
